The room was next to the highway and was very noisy. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was not very good and I had a stomachache afterwards. Can improve on breakfast and cleanness of the kitchen or items provided?

I got tired driving to SoCal after getting stuck in traffic. I booked a room to sleep for the night on Expedia at 12:30 when I got there they said it was for the next day and made me boom another night and I was could not cancel the other room. I called and was told no refunds. Bad customer service all around.

This is a spanky clean property, especially as far as motels and even most hotels are concerned. Unobstructed view of the mountains from my well appointed bedroom. Common room, pool, other amenities were as good as I could have imagined. Great value.

The room was excellent. Not a lot of pressure for the shower. Perhaps the shower head was clogged. Nice pool and spa. They even had a Bar-B-Q available with nice seating area. Breakfast wasn’t much but cold items.

Property was very nice. Unfortunately every time I tried to call the front desk for a wake up call or question it just rang busy or they never picked up. Luckily I had a text from them so I could text to ask for a wake up call and a late check-out
