rent for holidays in Lecce, halfway between the town and the beaches on
the Adriatic coast. The villa with the most modern accessories
accommodates up to 8 guests.
The villa is equipped with swimming pool with hydromassage area, five-a-side field and tennis court, air conditioning, washing machine, internet, barbecue, dishwasher, electric oven, hair-dryer and tv.
It is possible to park in the property. Pets are allowed.

villa is in a looked-after property, with garden and many outdoor areas
where you can have fun or do sports during your holiday in Salento.
The swimming pool is
surrounded by beach beds, beach umbrellas and sofas. The green lawn by
the swimming pool is a five-a-side field. The tennis court is beyond the
hedge and a path. Moreover, there is a bathroom with outdoor shower.
There is also a pergola with outdoor dining area and barbecue.

The villa opens into a large living room
with sofa and dining area. Moreover, on the ground floor there are a
spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a half bath with toilet, washbasin
and bidet.
The spiral staircase takes to the sleeping area on the first floor, which consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balconies.

giardino dell`Eden is in the countryside of Lecce, halfway between the
beautiful Baroque town and the beaches of San Cataldo on the Adriatic
coast, in the area Villaggio del Sole.
The city centre of Lecce is 7 kilometers away, while San Cataldo is 4 kilometers away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE REQUIRED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- First supply of linen (towels and sheets) included in the total. Compulsory rental at the price of euro 25  per person for stays of more than 10, 17 or 24 nights.
- Pool available from May to October.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.

- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.
