分類:B&B 個人対応 時間限定 要連絡(但し連絡取れない) 施設:★★★(＋★清潔さボーナス、＋★インテリアボーナス) 古い建物をリノベーションした素敵なアパートの1部屋で3室共同 テレビ、暖房、タオル&アメニティ、仕切付シャワー＆トイレ、共同流し台(冷蔵庫、コンロ無)、コンセント 出入口近く1カ所ベッド頭上に無し お湯が出るまで驚くほど時間がかかる 朝食は近くのバールでオーダー ロケーション:★★★★ レッチェ駅から徒歩18分 バスが近くを通るが徒歩の方が早い ドゥオーモなどの観光は徒歩圏内 レストラン、バール多数、ミニスーパーのみ WIFI:➖ パスワードの説明及び部屋に記載無し 後述するがパスワード不明の為接続出来ず コストパフォーマンス:★★★ 部屋はとても綺麗で設備はとても整っている 観光には便利 対応:0 大変重大な問題あり 予約確認メールにはTelしないで良いとなっていたが… 当日予約だったが先払いなのにサイト記載のTelもFB記載のTel、メッセンジャーでも連絡が取れない 近くの店の人に連絡を取ってもらえて泊まる事が出来たがもし彼女が知らなければ無理だったはず 着いてから2時間後、連絡が取れてから1時間後に管理者到着、気軽に見てなかったと言われた 予約の部屋は掃除されて無く別の部屋(予約の部屋より良い部屋だけど好みではなかった)に通された こちらから聞かないとあまり説明無し 聞き忘れたWIFIのパスワードを聞くにも連絡取れず 他サイトの点数が大きく掲げられていたが宿泊者にはそれより重要な情報を書いておいてほしい マイナスポイント:とにかく対応改善
