The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment comes with a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available as an extra cost, and it can be used only from October 1st to April 30th. Other amenities included are a washing machine, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. Additionally, a reserved parking space (number 20) is provided.
