This is our third visit to Quebecs and we always receive a warm welcome from the staff. It’s such a comfortable place to stay. So near everything, station, shops, bars snd restaurants. They’re is also a lovely bar to sit and relax in for a sprinkle or nightcap. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Wonderful stay

Brilliant experience from check in to check out. Rooms emaculate breakfast wonderful, late bar and fantastic staff from receptionist (Joy) to bartender so funny and amicable, to breakfast staff so attentive and cheerful.

What a great hotel. Would definitely stay again. Quiet spot in Leeds, no traffic noise at all but still close to all shops and bars. Super comfy bed. Could have slept all day too! Massive bathroom. Paid a bit more for deluxe double as we wanted bigger bed. Great value. Delicious breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a fabulous two night stay. Staff were wonderful throughout our stay, made us very welcome. Hôtel is charming and our room was spacious and can fault anything about it. One of the best places we stayed. Big shout out to Caroline who arranged for a little surprise for my husband and to the lovely lady who served us behind the bar. ( we didn’t get her name) We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Quebecs. We were warmly welcomed by Caroline and she was so helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is so beautiful and the breakfast was incredibly tasty. Perfect location in the centre of Leeds. We will be back.

Mediocre

Nice hotel, however it is dated and looks tired. No restaurant on site. Breakfast was nice but nothing special. Check inn is slow as there’s paperwork to be filled out with information already provided at time of booking. Normally stay at another hotel above the train station in Leeds, it’s the same price and offers better value for money.

Outstanding staff , friendly, helpful, always there to solve any issue. Small hotel with lots of character and a great location. Everything is easy to walk to. Parking is limited but its secure and right next to the hotel. Great value for money.

High class for low price

An absolutely stunning hotels, it felt like luxury. We went as a couple and it was perfect, at a very good cost. We would definitely go again; and would reccomend to anyone!

Lovely quiet hotel

Had an overnight stay. Had a lovely welcome Room was 407, nicely appointed room, although TV needs updating. The room was uncomfortably warm We tried to turn the air con down but had no effect. Tried opening windows but they seemed locked. Rang reception was told to turn air con off for 60 seconds and then back on, it should reset itself ! This also did not work, as still blowing out hot air, 2nd time of ringing, sent engineer, who turn it off. He then proceeded to wrestle the window open. So they were not locked just extremely stiff. Anyway once could get some fresh air into the room things improved. The highlight of the hotel is the bar and Dave the barman !

Very comfortable hotel. My executive suite was large. Nice toiletries. Good breakfast - served, not buffet. Only problem was noisy air conditioning. I couldn’t switch it off but called reception and a lady came and dealt with it straight away despite being late. Would recommend and would return.

Building and rooms are nice, central location. Ripped off with the mini bar, disappointed they feel they have to charge £38 for a half bottle of what they call champagne, just a rip off and a member of staff walked In the room unannounced, not very professional!
