High-end Villa Lyra close to Desimi beach with heated pool

#Outside
From the entrance to the villa, you notice the beautiful natural vegetation that surrounds the plot. A wide parking space will comfortably fit your vehicles. You pass through the arcade with the small wooden lounge and the amazing view to the sea and the old trees. Walk along the pavement to find the entrance to the interior living room and kitchen and the 3 bedroom suits and be lead to the amazing outside layered terrace, with a view to the bay of Vlycho and the different cocooning living areas. The sound of the water overflow will add to the rejuvenation that the landscape and the large 10,5 x 3meters heated infinity pool will lavishly grand you. Around the pool a large living area and a big handmade wooden dinner table, placed in the shadow, under the roof fans, will be the perfect spots for your companion to dine and host cocktail parties.

#Interior
In direct contact to the spacious terrace the fully equipped kitchen will be hosting your cooking, ideal for those who enjoy entertaining, with an open layout to the cozy living room and a round table. The extra large windows will allow an undisrupted view to the pool, the green trees and the sea.

All bedrooms are ensuit with smart TVs, air-conditioning, roof fans, and each room offers tranquility and Mediterranean character. The 3 out of the total 5 bedrooms suits, are in the same ground level as the living room and pool. Designed in a way to provide all the privacy you need. The first room has a double framed bed and direct access to the pool terrace. Second bedroom has a double bed and access to the property entrance and is interconnected to the third bedroom. This 3rd front room has a double framed bed, access to a sea view balcony and a beautiful bathtub separated with glass from the room, where you can enjoy bathing while gazing to the sea and the green vegetation.

Via the stairs on the outside, you can access the villa's lower floor level. A spacious suit that consists of 2 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, an extra kitchen and a lovely private sea view patio. As you enter the floor, on your left you see a more than adequately equipped kitchen. Next the amazing bedroom suit, with the glass bathroom with tub and inside and outside sitting areas. Beautifully lit by the natural light entering the wide window, you will feel your energy reloading, while you have access to the private patio. The suite on the right, although it has no direct access to the outside area, it's underground location helps maintain lower temperature during the hottest days of the season. Just outside, there is a spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds that can sleep an other 4 guests and a large 55" smart tv excellent for movie nights.

# Access
The villa is around 8 km from Nydri and 5.5km from Desimi beach. The road is mainly asphalted, just kindly note that the last part is unpaved.


Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
