This villa welcomes you with an open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. Home comforts such as a flat screen TV with streaming services, a fireplace, and a mini bar where you can enjoy your morning brew or evening tipple are sure to enhance your stay. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests, ideal for families and groups of friends.
Outside this property sits among Nydri’s rugged green landscape sandwiched between the rocky hillside and the clear blue sea. For the best views, head to upstairs balcony terrace. Sun loungers and an outdoor seating area frame the private swimming pool where you are bound to take a dip to cool off from the hot sun. Barbeque facilitates are provided so you make the most of island outdoor living.

*Please note that the ground floor is accessed by stairs from the pool terrace, and the ground floor bedrooms are accessed by four further steps from the kitchen area, these can be seen in the images of the villa.

For your safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit walk or stand on the infinity pool edge, Children must be supervised at all times.

Mobility statement - This villa is on a small hill. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 8 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. There are a few steps from the villa to the pool area. The pool itself has steps access into the water, whilst the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of flat tiles, and crazy paving. Overall, there are a number of steps in and around this property. Inside the villa, there are 4 steps from the lounge to the bedrooms. The master double bedroom door is 60cm wide, whilst the shared shower room door is also 60cm wide.
