Villa Orion - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

This stunning three floored villa stands proudly on the steep hillside above the coastline offering glorious sea views. Newly built for 2023 the villa offers a wide terrace area with built in barbecue, alfresco dining and comfortable seating around the generous infinity pool. The views from all areas are breathtaking - an unending vista of blue and green to relax and enchant you. The interior is full of light from large glass doors and the fresh contemporary decor and furnishings. The villa offers a bedroom on each level, with the upper floor Master suite having access to a stunning veranda with incredible panoramic views which can be enjoyed in privacy. The lower garden floor also offers a lounge with sofa bed, ideal for older children and teenagers, with its own entrance from the terrace, as well as interior stairs access. In addition there is a bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. On the ground floor level is the third bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a large living room with 55" flat screen TV.

Important Information - For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk, or stand on the infinity pool edge, children are to be supervised at all times. Please note this property contains External horizontal railings (ladder effect). Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 20 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 80cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, the path to the pool is 200+cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are paved and concrete, the area is flat but not even, there are gaps in the ground to create a stepping stone effect next to the pool. The pool has steps. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor level, the bedroom door is 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 70cm wide, it is an ensuite shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 70cm wide, it is a shower type bathroom. There are steps leading to the lower ground floor level, on this level there is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a shower room. This is a developing resort and a new villa is being built nearby Villa Orion with intermittent works being completed. You may experience minor noise disturbance and the work is visible upon arrival to the villa.* Our local team will continue to monitor the work regularly and we will contact any customers where we feel their stay at the villa will be affected significantly.
