This semi-detached house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening onto a terrace and a 70 m² enclosed garden, a separate WC with washbasin, and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), as well as a bathroom with WC. Bed linen, towels, and heating (heat pump) are included in the price. Wi-Fi is available. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Two reserved parking spaces are provided. Bike rentals nearby.
