Brilliant stay at the Holiday Inn Leicester, checking in was a breeze. The room was lovely, clean and had everything you could want, the bed was amazingly comfortable and was huge. We will definitely be back again.

Great service from start to finish in a good location breakfast was of very good quality and varied the only downside was the connecting door to the hotel room, you could hear everything from the other guests, if I’d of known I would have chosen a different room.

Upon arrival my husband was made to pay for the room which I had already paid for. When I arrived later and confirmed that I had already paid, the receptionist agreed to refund my husband's card, however she advised that this would take 5 days! Very annoying to be £150 out of pocket with nothing offered for the inconvenience.

Easy check in and clean room. Only issue was the parking. There is no free parking on site. Next door NCP parking is £15 per night, this has to be validated by the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, however the booking stated a king bed and stocked minibar, but the bed was a double and the minibar was empty. Not a big deal and couldn't be bothered to change rooms so we didn't say anything. The location was nice and central with parking easy to find.
