This charming semi-detached house boasts its own fully enclosed private courtyard. Ideally located for family or friends' getaways, it's the perfect base for exploring the volcanoes of the Auvergne region.

Nearby attractions include Brioude (Lace Museum, Salmon Museum, Mandrin House, basilica, numerous exhibitions, etc.), the Allier Valley, and many hiking trails. Further afield, you'll find Blesle, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" (14 km), La Chaise-Dieu (50 minutes), and Vulcania (1 hour). All shops and services are available in Brioude (16 km). This semi-detached house features unique architecture and a private, shaded courtyard. Upon entering, you'll discover a tastefully decorated cottage that blends wood and metal for a cozy atmosphere.

On the ground floor: a living area with a TV, children's games, and a sofa bed that can provide extra sleeping space, and a fully equipped kitchen raised a few steps.

Upstairs, off the living room, is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own private shower room.
Across the kitchen, in the right wing of the house, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), as well as a mezzanine furnished with two single beds (90 cm). This area also has its own private shower room and toilet.

For your comfort, the owner provides bed linen (beds made upon arrival) and towels free of charge.

A cleaning fee of €60 is available for an additional charge.

Parking is available 100 meters from the cottage; a private parking space is provided by the owner.
