Enjoy the comforts of home in our 3BR/2BA Guest Suite Apartment that will sleep of Max of 6. The Guest Suite has its own entrance and privacy. Located on an 18-acre farm, most of our property is pasture land and gives us a wonderful park like setting with extensive solitude.

Conveniently Located: We are just 15 minutes from I-75 and close to the I40/I-75 Split - Making us easy access to Knoxville, Maryville, Oak Ridge, and the lakes and Mountains close by. We are 1.5 miles off Highway 321. However, we are very private and secluded.

The downstairs offers 2 bedrooms, Walk in Shower/bath, living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Reading Room:

Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed and Bedroom 2 has a Daybed (Twin) and trundle (a 2nd Twin). Full bathroom with 2 shower heads in the walk in shower and a bench for your convenience.
Relax in the living room with a couch and loveseat. Sit down and watch your favorite Netflix series on our 50' Smart TV. Easily do laundry while here in the stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy a relaxing reading area with 3 comfy chairs.

The Kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and other cooking items.
We also offer a variety of Keuriug Cup choices - included with your stay - at the Coffee Bar.

You will take the spiral staircase upstairs that opens up to your King Suite. The entire upstairs room offers a king-sized bed with sitting area, 50" Smart TV and dedicated Workspace. The Ensuite Bath entices you with a garden tub for soaking, ample area to get ready with a double vanity and standup shower.

✓ Self Check-in: Enjoy a seamless check in any time after 4:00 PM using the keypad. A code will be assigned to you on the day of your arrival.

Conveniently located in Lenoir City and close to Knoxville. So whether you are wanting to explore the Smoky Mountains or attend the University of Tennessee (UT) Vols game in Knoxville, you are not far away!

We do have a working farm with livestock and a number of pets. For this reason, we do not permit outside animals (pets) for our guest.

Things to notes:

Farm animals are present and guests are not permitted into fenced areas or barns/sheds. Do not feed the livestock or pets.

Guests have access to the entire Mother-in-Law Guest Suite with a private entrance and the front yard. Owners quarters are on the backside of the house, and our pets have access to the backyard and deck. The dogs will not be in the guest areas.

Parking has space to accommodate 2 vehicles. No commercial vehicles.
