Points négatifs:
-Pas de place de parking: nous déconseillons aux personnes à mobilité réduite et grande famille
-balcon très petit et très mal équipé :le salon de jardin part en miette et peu accueillant
-cuisine très peu fonctionnelle avec un réfrigérateur miniature.accès au bac congélation impossible due au montage de la porte inversée avec la porte du réfrigérateur bloquée par le mur.
-équipement de cuisine très insuffisant: couverts et petits ustensiles .pas de placard pour ranger les denrées alimentaires
-vaisselle sale:il serait bon de vérifier la propreté de la vaisselle
-l’Ave vaisselle inutilisable:odeur nauséabonde à l intérieur et programme se lançant seul sans pouvoir l arrêter
-rideau de douche à remplacer
-pas de lumière correcte dans la cabine avec les lits superposés
-pas de lave linge
Points positifs:
-vue superbe sur le massif du mont Blanc
-télécabines à proximité
-environnement très calme
-état appartement très propre( sauf vaisselle)
-chambre principale spacieuse pour ce type de destination
-proche CHAMONIX
-piscine commune très appréciable

Jolie appartement mais lave vaisselle et chauffage de la piscine en panne !!!
L' appartement est jolie et bien situé. Mais le lave vaisselle est resté en panne toute la semaine et la piscine commune était elle aussi en panne de chauffage !!!! Notre demande de geste commercial est resté sans réponse. Dommage. On aurait pu s'attendre à beaucoup mieux pour ce tarif.
