Charming house with views completely refurbished, decor is neat and warm,

Our cottage is an old farmhouse completely redone in 2011, the decor is neat and warm, with lots of light, facing south, (picture windows and velux), all comfort.

Very good stereo, many cd to listen, television and English channels. Dishwasher and washing machine.

The view is clear on the Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the glacier Taconnaz, the cottage is facing south, and although we are not far from the white road, the environment is quiet and pleasant.

We are in village area, surrounded by 'year - round' inhabitants, charming and discreet.

Terrace equipped with large table, parasol, deck chairs, barbecue and garden. There are 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7, but there is no dining table inside so we consider it perfect and very comfortable for 5 people.
Attention there is 75 € cleaning fee in addition to pay directly to the person who takes care of it at the end of the stay.

Important note: Only one animal (well educated) per stay is allowed on the property. The prior authorization of the owner is necessary.
