Holiday cottage located in Les Magnils-Reigniers, 20 km from La Faute-sur-Mer and 55 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne.
The house, which sleeps 6, comprises on the ground floor a living/dining/kitchen area (air-conditioned), a first bedroom (two single beds that can be joined together), and a shower room/WC. Upstairs, a large landing leads to two bedrooms (one with a double bed), a shower room, and a separate WC. Outside, there is a 70m² courtyard with a terrace (fencing currently being installed). The cottage is located on the edge of a departmental road (D2949) and is adjacent to the owners' business (taxi service). The property is also 67 km from Puy du Fou and 48 km from La Rochelle. Bed linen is included, and beds are made upon arrival.
