Our stay at Villa C’est la Vue was absolutely perfect. This is truly one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced in St. Martin.First of all, Sonia and Christophe are exceptional hosts. Their welcome was incredibly warm and they were always responsive and helpful whenever needed. They live in a house at the entrance of the property, which provides both excellent service and a great feeling of security, while still giving guests full privacy.The location is outstanding. The beautiful beaches of Terres Basses are only 3 minutes away, and the beach across from Porto Cupecoy is just a short 2-minute walk. It’s the perfect place if you want to enjoy some of the most stunning beaches on the island.The villa itself is full of charm and character. Unlike many ultra-modern villas that can feel cold or impersonal, this home has soul, warmth, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. You immediately feel comfortable, like being in your own home.The view is simply breathtaking, and the rooftop terrace is a dream. It’s the perfect spot to relax and have a quiet drink while taking in the incredible scenery. The entire property has a wonderful peaceful and zen ambiance.We are also very grateful to Sonia and Christophe because they saved the end of our vacation. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Viila C’est la vue! The owners of the Villa were there to greet us when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions that we had. For anyone considering various rental properties, this villa is a 100% perfect. My daughter, husband and four children (two high schoolers and two elementary age) came to visit us for a week and everyone fell in love with it. With the view, game room and the pool, it kept three generations entertained. The 5 bedrooms are ensuite and very spacious. Four in the main Villa and one in the “guest house”. The guest house would be perfect for those with toddlers as there is a small bedroom with two single beds adjoining the main spacious ensuite bedroom. There are plenty of outdoor spaces; rooftop and pool patios, a viewing deck and a guest house patio. We loved everything about this villa and the location is perfect, not far from the attractions the island has to offer and within two minutes of a mini supermarket. You will have no issues with security staying here as it is a private entrance with the owner staying at the house at the gated entrance. (Which also is a plus because if any issues arise, the response time to take care of them is within five minutes!) We absolutely loved our stay here and we will most definitely be back! I highly recommend this Villa, whether for a family, multiple families or a group of friends, you will not be disappointed!
