The bar was not stocked at all. Staff was hard to understand because they don’t speak English very well. This is Canada not India. I didn’t even receive an invoice for my stay. I was charged $100 over top of what I found the booking to be. I am not happy.

The bed was a bit hard and only a thin blanket on the bed. Also plugin on the lamp did not work and no wall plugin’s were handy to access if you wanted to charge a cell phone. Staff were fine at check in and out.

Our stay was a bit disappointing. The lounge chair in our room was broken. The heating system didn’t work and our room was very hot the first night. We were able to cool it down by opening windows the second night. The gym has a broken treadmill and bike that wouldn’t work. While the room was adequate the amenities were not as nice as we hoped.

Not great

Check in was a bit slow as there was someone with an issue ahead of me that delayed movement. Everything was very fast and pleasant once things started to move. I asked for an extra blanket or comforter and they brought a double sized mattress protector for my king bed. Bits of sand in the sheets. Pillows are cheap and lumpy. The bed was OK. It feels like the hotel owners went as cheap as possible on everything in the room. I have heard very good things about the restaurant and outdoor spaces, but did not have an opportunity to check those out.
