Breakfast eggs and sausage we didn't care for..the other selection were great. Dog poop near the entrance was a turn off. All in all the property was beautiful and our stay was excellent. Great bed clean throughout.

Check in was easy and quick. Friendly front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Garbage truck outside the room emtying a dumpster at 5:00 AM disrupted our sleep. Breakfast was not great.

Downtown Lethbridge and the night we stayed there was a huge party at the nearby pub which was extremely loud. Even with a sound machine, I could hear the thumping. The room itself in the hotel were nice. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee was not good. I would not stay here unless you were OK with a lot of noise.

Very quiet, resonably priced, great breakfast and comfy beds. Spacious room. Definitely would stay again! Our only "complaint" was that our room had not been cleaned quite as well as I think the standard usually is...quite a bit on long hair on bathroom floor, counter, toilet, and bed. Coffee maker did not work. We enjoyed our stay though!!

Clean, comfortable room (huge with a whirlpool tub). Friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast options were good (hot and continental offerings). Housekeeping overlooked my room on the one day I required it and one of the two elevators wasn't functioning during my stay, causing some gridlock getting to and from the fourth floor. Location was walkable to most downtown restaurants and pubs, as well as the mall. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were fantastic! The chamber maids were amazing. They came early every day (we have stayed in other hotels in Lethbridge where we had to request a clean and they would be late or even forget to clean the room). The hotel rooms need a little TLC, better pillows would highly be recommended.. the TV channels were awful. Half of them did not work or it was just mainly sports channels. It was frustrating having one elevator out of service and the one elevator run VERY SLOW.
