You can't find better location. 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from train station. It very roomy unit. I would eventually add AC unit but it wasn't bad even it was 36 Celsius.

Ruim (gedateerd) appartement in flatgebouw.

Pros: Appartement op loopafstand van het centrum en strand. Gastheer is zeer behulpzaam met alles. Wij konden het appartement niet vinden en hebben de gastheer gebeld. Hij kwam ons direct ophalen op zijn scooter en bracht ons naar het appartement. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben maar 1 nachtje doorgebracht, niets gebruikt in het appartement. Cons: Wij kwamen met 2 auto's waarvan er maar een bij het appartement kon parkeren. De andere auto moest naar een andere plek gebracht worden. De parkeerplaatsen zijn zeer schaars, gelukkig wist de gastheer nog een plek waar de auto kon staan. Slot in deur is waarschijnlijk versleten aangezien je heel slecht de deur kan openen met de sleutel.
