Super clean, newly renovated family cottage located in a quiet, gated community. Tons of amenities without leaving the community. Swimming in the olympic size swimming pool, tennis & bocce courts, children's playground, crabbing and fishing docks, kayaking, sailing, bike riding, community fire pit, walking trails, etc. Our family has been enjoying this unique community for many, many years. We are just a short distance to Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Assateague Island and surrounding resorts and parks with great restaurants, activities, beaches, golfing, boardwalks, etc.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Marsh Island Golf Club. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms in the cottage.
