The stay was fine. The problem was the front desk. They charged my card, even though I had already purchased my stay through Hotels.com. I was told it would be resolved but the charge still went through on my card. I am still waiting for a resolution. This happened on June 7 and today is June 10 and I am still out of money. The hotel was decent but this put a sour taste in my mouth. And the lack of urgency to get my money back, is an issue.

The only complaint, if that, was a nasty spot on the shower curtain, looking like tobacco. But otherwise check-in was great and friendly, the bed was wonderful as was the breakfast. Unfortunately, I was stalked and followed by some traffickers who then exited when I did. I wish there was a way that hotels could work with police to stop this.

My only issues was that the fan in the bathroom was not strong enough to keep the mirror clear after using the shower without keeping the door open. My daughter was not a fan of that at all!!! We also noticed that amount of light was poor at night for reading and looking for items inside my suitcase.
