The room is clean. Updated. I like that the hard surface floors can be cleaned. However, all the hard surfaces give it a cold appearance. The bed was comfortable. The price is reasonable. The lady at the front desk was friendly and personable. I do not like talking to reservations when booking a room. I prefer speaking to someone at the front desk. They know more about the hotel and the surroundings.

Convenient location - the hotel is right off the freeway and down the street from EKU. It’s what I expected from Holiday Inn Express - clean, quiet, nice size rooms and plenty of parking. Also, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I enjoyed the Starbucks across the street.
