We chose to stay here year after year. We love that they are pet friendly and the cleanest room ive ever seen. I the bathroom lights are unbelievably bright which is terrible for a middle of the night bathroom visit but it does allow you to see how extremely clean the bathroom is! Breakfast area is also always spic ansd span too. Thank you

This is an old building but for the most part very well maintained. The only negative was that the deadbolt to the door to our room did not lock. However, the electronic lock was working. The free breakfast had plenty of options and was good.

Amazing stay! The staff was friendly and professional. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. They also had a good breakfast buffet.
