Experience Lexington In Southern Luxury!

Staying at the Manchester was a delight from the moment we arrived until we left. When we arrived the staff were not just courteous, they were attentive and prepared. They went the extra mile. Every single employee smiled and engaged with us in a way that exemplified their job satisfaction, nay their job bliss. The hotels decor was unique in a way that made it stand out and I appreciated the intricate details in the wall tiles, the room decor, and bathroom shower (I’m 6’7” and a bodybuilder so having a massive shower I fit in with my fiancée, Stacie, to shower is not found often). Another nice touch is they have bicycles you can rent. Date idea for couples staying here, rent the bikes and tour downtown Lexington. Stacie and I did that on the first night and we rode for at least an hour. Our stay could not have been more pleasant or enjoyable. Thank you Manchester team!!

In a hotel you want three things - clean, comfortable and quiet. Manchester is clean and comfortable. However, if you have a room with a door to an adjoining room you can hear everything in the other room. There is no insulation for the sound, Basically you have another roommate. It makes for a rough night sleep.

We were quite disappointed by the poor service, which included inattentive, rude bartender in the lobby and inept hostess on the rooftop. The rooms are very small and noisy. The DJ on the rooftop seemed to think he was at a frat party. The coffee urns were empty 2 of the 3 mornings.

Nice hotel but room was very small and lacked space for clothes. No dresser or drawers. Old hotel but well maintained. $24 per night for parking and a multitude of different taxes and charges per day. An extra $188 for our 4 night stay. Would not stay there again. We prefer a more modern hotel.

I love this hotel, however, their parking lot is right next to the building (30 second walk) and yet you MUST use the valet service regardless of whether you want to or not. This hotel is expensive (but beautiful), but you should not be forced to valet and spend an extra 24.00 on top of everything. You should be able to park yourself in the lot without enduring an unnecessary charge.

Clean, Convenient, and Friendly!

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this Manchester hotel! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, with great access to public transportation and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The only minor downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from the overall great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester
