The hotel was very nice with a nice atmosphere when you entered the lobby. Nice area with a bar and seating area. The room was nicely decorated and was comfortable. Could hear the people next door talking and music thumping from the rooftop bar in the evening. Walls are pretty thin there! Overall the atmosphere and overall experience was good and I would more than likely return.

Amazing aesthetic, this stay was cozy, clean, unique. I just loved everything about it, the staff was cool and genuinely nice. I wish we had more time to stay to check out the rooftop bar. Would recommend getting a room!

The valet staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our other staff interactions were average. The rooms are quite small, but nicely appointed. There’s an option to have a light breakfast delivered to your door by placing the order on a hook outside your door the night before. We tried it on the morning we were leaving and didn’t receive it. I went downstairs to get it myself and realized they didn’t provide utensils in the bag when I got back to the room. After another trip downstairs, we had what we needed. Good concept, but not the best execution. Overall, not a bad stay, but not good enough to warrant another stay if we visit Lexington again.

Great stay at the Manchester. Beautiful lobby and restaurants and super helpful staff. Despite other reviewers complaining about noise, we found it to be quiet and peaceful (stayed 5 nights). Complimentary coffee was excellent and the many of the food items reasonably priced. A few tweaks might make the stay truly too notch but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Probably the closest thing you’ll get to a SoHo house as you’ll get in Kentucky!
