This apartment is about 80 square meters, with a private lake and a private garden.

The apartment is located in the center of the town of LEZZENO: it is 500 mt. from the boat pier and 10 mt. from the bus stop of the Como-Bellagio line (the principal transit line for the lake). The beautiful town of Bellagio is only 6 Km away!
A private and covered parking place. The parking space is protected by a swinging gate.
This is an apartment that has been completely renovated in 2018 with special care for the interior decoration and furnishing. The interior is lovingly appointed with antique furniture and thoughtful vintage elements.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an induction stove, a big fridge-freezer, an oven and a microwave. It has a welcoming and cozy eat-in kitchen.

The bathroom is made of Italian marble of Carrara.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed from which you can enjoy a view of the lake. In addition to the stunning view, the Italian artisan wallpaper, the sophisticated curtains and the upholstery adorn the bedroom.

I could not recommend Daria's place more! The Italian Suite was not only located in one of the most beautiful locations in Como with a private access to a marvelous garden and beach with a view of the beautiful mountains and lake and was conveniently located between Como and Bellagio by bus or hydrofoil, but also Daria was one of the kindest and most helpful host I could ever ask for. She was very responsive and constantly checked in on our stay and also made bookings for dinner on our behalf. The room itself was also beautifully decorated, recently refurbished with Daria's excellent taste of antique. The terrace had a breathtaking view of the lake, mountains and Villa Barbianello and we were so excited to wake up to the views from the windows every morning. This was by far the best accommodation I have ever stayed at, and I will only say do not hesitate to book this place if you're considering it!

Scenic and well located.

The apartment was very well located - not too far from Como or Bellagio. Right on the lake - it was beautiful to sit and watch the sunset!
