Elegant residence located on the thirteenth and last floor of a building with an elevator. The attic features a double bedroom, a kitchen corner and a bathroom with a shower with no curtains. The flat is also equipped with A/C, a TV, a microwave, a washing machine and one uncovered parking space per booking (subject to availability). The penthouse offers a breathtaking terrace supplied with outdoor furniture (sunbeds, chairs and table) where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the city, the sea and the Marano Lagoon. The residence also includes a shared garden and swimming pools. Beach distance: 200mt. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
