We are glad to welcome you in our comfortable three-room holiday apartment immersed in the greenery of the pine forest, 900mt from the beach. In the surroundings there is a cycle paths and a large green area available, ideal for relaxing walks in the nature. Acquasplash water park is reachable in a few minutes on foot.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. You will find a nice living room with a single sofa-bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a bathroom with shower, a nice terrace and a lovely shared common garden with a fireplace.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, american coffee maker and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
