The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Hike or bike, visit the châteaux, or discover the various golf courses; you'll be centrally located.
This 7-person cottage has been completely restored and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located on a property. GROUND FLOOR (56m²) - south and west exposure: Entrance hall, separate toilet, fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) and dining table for 10.
Living room with large furniture, sofas, flat-screen TV, and designer wood-burning stove. Very bright room with a large French window opening to the south onto the garden and terrace.

- Bedroom 3 (12 m² - west-facing): Two 90x200 cm beds, view of the courtyard and castle.
- Bedroom 4 (9 m² - west-facing): One 90x200 cm bed, view of the courtyard and castle.
