This modern loft style townhome comfortably accommodates 8 people and includes three oceanfront lanais and close to 3,000 square feet of interior space, with 12’ wall to wall sliding glass doors that tempt you outside to feel the Hawaiian Pacific Breezes. All bedrooms are located on separate floors for privacy with lavish spa en suite bathrooms.

The unique setting invites a relaxed beach lifestyle with easy access to surfing, paddle boarding and spectacular sunsets. Stroll to pristine beaches, resorts amenities and fine dining.

One of only 16 oceanfront homes nestled between Hokuala Timbers Resort Development and the Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort. Take the Pali Kai elevator or a 5-minute walk down to the resort and sandy Kalapaki Beach, offering fantastic swimming conditions and an excellent spot for boogie boarding and surfing. Walking distance to the Hokuala "Oceans" 18-hole golf course, a Jack Nicklaus signature course with the longest continuous stretch of oceanfront golf in Hawaii! Calming seas and gentle breeze.

The property was excellent. Every family member had a floor with an ocean view and balcony to themselves. The property was clean and beyond comfortable. Boogie boards, snorkel , masks and fins provided in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to tak it to the beach with you. My family and I will be returning to stay again one day.

In Awe

Stunning doesn’t come close to describing this condo. My family and I rented the whole unit. There was plenty of space for our family of five. Magnificent views, comfy beds, fantastic rain shower heads in bathrooms, and everything we needed in a kitchen. Wish we had stayed there our whole time on the island instead of staying on one side of the island for one week and the other week here. There was fabulous communication with Lisa, everything we needed- and more!

Modern cliffside overlooking bay

Property is as great as it looks online!!! Convenient central location on island so nothing is too far away. View of the bay & sound of the waves made the vibe peaceful and relaxing. Great Location / House to Explore Kauai

Host was very prompt with responses to questions throughout the entire process. House was extremely clean and had everything needed to cook and enjoy the multiple lanais while watching the sun go down with a cocktail in hand. Plenty of space to spread for our group of three couples or to be together in a common living room. Lots of stairs, but well lit and worth every step. Would definitely recommend for adults looking for a quality place to explore the island!

Absolutely spectacular place to stay - hard to leave. We booked the entire house- everything was perfect, well stocked, beds so comfortable. Fantastic house on kalapaki bay!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this house! It was me, my husband, daughter and her boyfriend. The house had all the amenities you would want! Kitchen very well appointed. Very comfy beds. Great view from all the balconies. I had a couple of basic questions before the trip and Lisa was always extremely quick to answer. We took advantage of the beach at the Marriott and the restaurants there. This location was great for all the activities we did. We would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks Lisa and Dwight for a fantastic property!!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Our family enjoyed the seclusion that the two lower level bedrooms provided. Home away from home. Spectacular home with glorious Hawaiian sunsets every night. Golf, beach and dining within a short walking distance. There is nothing negative that we can say about this rental. Five star, first class in every single way. We will definitely return and stay even longer.
