I offer for rent this spacious 50m2 gite composed of
-2 bedrooms with double beds and quality bedding (Simmons mattresses, Dunlopillo quilts, etc.)
- a very large bright living room with open kitchen consisting of a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven and hood. In the living room a convertible sofa makes it possible to offer an additional extra sleeping.
We also installed a 109cm 4K connected TV
- bathroom with walk-in shower (80 / 120cm), sink with Grohe taps and washing machine.
-terrace with garden furniture and private garden

This cottage is located in the heart of Roncq 300m from the town hall square and its shops. A bus line is present and makes it possible to connect Roncq to the other cities of the MEL, moreover we are located at less than 5 minutes of the entry of the freeway and the main roads.

This cottage was completely redone in 2018 because we transformed an old barn into 3 small houses with the watchword: COMFORT. So we have a reinforced insulation bringing you calm and warmth, the materials are of quality and everything is thought so that you feel at home!
