My recent stay at Hotel Dann in Colombia was a mixed experience.
The hotel's security team was outstanding. They were professional, welcoming, genuinely helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Their excellent service made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
I would also like to commend the restaurant manager, who was bilingual and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist guests and ensured that concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.
Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Customer service was lacking, and interactions often felt unfriendly and unaccommodating. Additionally, several restaurant staff members did not demonstrate the level of customer care and hospitality that guests would expect from a hotel of this standard.
While there were some exceptional team members who made a positive impact on our stay, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service training, particularly at the front desk and within the restaurant team.
