Management and cleanliness of this property were significantly below professional standards. Our stay was marred by poor communication and complete lack of basic hospitality. On arrival, the hotel could not find our Expedia reservation, causing unnecessary stress after international travel. Despite submitting our passport information ahead of time, we were forced to resubmit it to an "unfamiliar number" via messaging, which raised privacy and security concerns. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found crumbs on chairs, used water bottles under the bed, and discarded containers on the windowsills. For any traveler, these hygiene lapses are unacceptable. Despite booking a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit, the unit was vastly undersupplied. Only one bathroom had a hand towel and a bath mat. We had to step onto bare floors and had no way to dry our hands in the other bathrooms. We inquired about parking through multiple channels; most ignored us, one only with a paid solution. Furthermore, despite staying for over a week, the hotel refused to provide adequate toilet paper. We were given half-rolls and eventually told we had to purchase our OWN, an unheard of policy for a week-long hotel accommodation. The staff's handling of our checkout was frustrating. They refused a late checkout unless we paid for a full extra day, then repeatedly asked about it after we declined. When we finally decided to accept the offer the next day, they stated no accommodation.
