Enjoyed my 2 night stay. Staff are courteous and friendly. Room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good. Gym has basic equipments and pool/whirlpool are nice to have.

Mostly a positive stay, but the pillows were all lumpy. I was also put on the 12th floor and on Friday night was a party on the rooftop until 2am. It was so loud and it sounded like people were dancing in my room. If you are going to have guests staying the floor below, the music must be turned off by 12pm. I got little sleep that night, especially before my long-haul flight.

Our toilet in our room didnt flush at all and we had to tell them 3 times before anyone came to help us. The next day we had the same situation happen again. We told the manager and she told us it wasnt their fault and she couldnt do anything to help us. She refused to give us a discount and told us that we had no proof that it didnt work. She was also rolling her eyes while we were talking and cutting us off. Horrible service by the supervisor.

This is a great location with easy direct access via the 2nd floor connected walkway from the airport departures area, so perfect for airport transfers. The included breakfast with buffet and personalized omelet creations is excellent, as well as the welcome drink. There are also wonderful spa services available, whether your staying there or have a longer layover and want to relax. They also operate the cafe on the backside of the building across the street from the arrivals walkway that also has very good reasonably priced breakfasts and snacks. You can also check some luggage with the concierge if you are leaving for another city and returning and don't want to take it all with you, which I've done several times. No great views here, but the conveniences offered and customer service are always excellent.

We regretted getting in so late because the pool area was so nice we'd have liked to check it out! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff is great. Easy to walk to the coastline and very easy to grab a taxi or Uber into the historic center for not much money. No issues with our stay!
