Welcome to the Pacific Dunes beach home located in Olivia Beach. A stunning coastal community on the Oregon Coast. This neighborhood has a village feel nestled between towering pine trees and the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean below. This beautiful and fresh new home is 3BR (2 king suits) and sleeps 8-10. A quick 1 minute walk to an exclusive park that is for neighborhood guests. Includes a play structure, sand volleyball and fire-pit. 5 minute walk to Beach.

The space:
Enjoy two separate living areas for maximum privacy with large Smart TVs. Cozy up to the fireplace with a good book or great friends in the open concept Living Room. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a deluxe King size bed and an en suite bathroom. The family room, which is located on the second floor, is equipped with an Xbox 1, countless games/puzzles and a wide variety of movies for all ages. Bedroom #2 contains a deluxe King bed and a built-in vanity/desk. Bedroom #3 has two Queen size beds and 2 rollaway twin beds. The rollaway beds can be put in either of the extra large upstairs bedrooms with plenty of room to spare. Is it game time for your family and friends? Step into the garage converted game room. This fantastic space includes ping-pong, foosball, elite sports ring toss, corn hole and more! Pacific Dunes is west facing, the evening sun and sunset is stunning from the front porch. You will not want to miss it!

Pacific Dunes beach home is located 1 block East of the park and beach access point, leading to a short walk to the spectacular local tidal pools. The Olivia Beach neighborhood has its own beach access staircase which provides stunning views, though, you can drive to more level access point North at Canyon Drive park or South off of 33rd Street.

While you are in town, check out Devils Lake, a beautiful calm expanse of water that is perfect for kayaking, swimming and contains Regatta Park (children playground with amazing lake views). Are you a golfer? Ask the Pacific Dunes host about renting a set of golf clubs during your visit! Salishan Golf Links is a quick 5 minute drive from the Pacific Dunes beach home. Salishan's 18-hole Scottish links-style, par 71 golf course is one of the most scenic golf courses on the Oregon Coast. Head up to Chinook Winds Casino for gaming/shows or hike Cascade Head trail. Discover this 4.2 mile out-and-back trail near Otis, Oregon. This trail has stunning views of the Oregon Coast that will take your breath away.

Although we love furry friends, pets are NOT allowed at Pacific Dunes. Kindly respect this policy as we strive to keep the home clean and fresh, with that 'brand new' vibe. Thank you! (If a pet is brought into the home an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the guest)

Great weekend stay

Old broads on the road!

Friends from our youth being raised together on Catalina traveled the coast reconnecting by the sea!! We had an incredible experience traveling the coast from town to town. We loved the house and location.

Amazing house! It was pretty close to the beach walking distance. We used the grill outside, the games at the garage and the xbox upstairs! My son loved how homey the house was upstairs, with the cool night light and white noice machine. Will definitely stay again only wished it had a backyard but other than that, it was a fun last minute trip!

We had an amazing stay at this Beach House. The space is very very clean! and cozy and all of the toys and games for kids were very much appreciated. The beds were 5 star which is important to us. Beach access was very close. Kids loved the play ground crossed the street. We will be back.

Beach Getaway for Families!

It was the perfect place for our family—clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day without hassle.The home had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy beds and a great outdoor area. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making it feel like a home away from home. The house was very nice, neighborhood was great, access to the beach was close. Very well maintained house in a great quite location.The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the master bed had a very strong smell I guess from previous guests...? The cleaning company must have noticed this and should have done a better job cleaning it and making the bed smell more fresh.

A Wonderful Getaway for Friends

Since booking, the host has been kind, accommodating, and communicative. The property was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. My group used the oven for a personal pizza party and was pleased to see that the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dining ware. The beds were all comfortable, including the two rollaway beds. We were able to take a nice walk through the neighborhood to get to the beach and took some lovely photos! We especially enjoyed the different entertainment options, including the dartboard and multiple tvs. I would not hesitate to book this property again.
