Pleasant enough. Good location for the marina and a short walk to city centre. Could do with newer (non-sprung) mattresses and a re-vamp of the AC. But it still worked and was clean and suitable. Reception seemed polite and friendly. Expect to pay £10 for overnight use of the car park.

Ongoing query with stay after being overcharged, still unresolved after a week, hotels.com customer service is terrible. The holiday inn lincoln staff were all good. Hotel location was good. The only bad comment was having the worst night sleep, found pillows to be most uncomfortable.

My room was completely clean with no problems whatsoever. Any questions I had, the staff was happy to assist me and answer. The bed pillows were a bit too stiff for me, so some more variety of fluffiness would be great. The room, hotel itself and staff was very nice.

The stay was average. The bed was old and not very comfortable, there were no plugs by the beds and everything in the room was outdated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when asked for something. The location was great, easy walking to everything.
