This little hotel is right where one wants to be in Lindau-Insel. Not on the waterfront, but in the pedestrian zone and just a few minutes walk from everything. There is a lift and the breakfasts are excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just loved staying here.

Great location

Located in the perfect location. Center of the old town, within walking distance to all the sights. We received a message stating limited parking is available and must be booked ahead of time. They also gave us recommendations for paid parking nearby. We ended up parking at one of the parking decks and paid 14€ for 24 hours. Friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet was good given covid restrictions. Only complaint was no AC. We stayed when the temperature was 90° F but the room did have a small fan. All in all would recommend staying here.

Hotel wird derzeit gerade renoviert. Sehr schönes Zimmer, die Türen und das Zimmer war nicht so schallisoliert.. ;-) Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Ideal im Zentrum gelegen (Fussgängerzone)

Ideal gelegene Unterkunft im Zentrum der Insel. Fenstwr zur Fussgängerzone. Für Ruhesuchende evt im Sommer problematisch, für mich (im Winter) war es ideal und ich mag es, im Zentrum des Geschehens zu sein! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, aufmerksamer Frühstück Service und leckeres Angebot!

Located in the heart of town walk to everything. The staff exceeded my expectations with their help and friendliness. They allow you to park in front to check in and then direct you to the parking. Breakfast quite nice. I absolutely recommend this hotel. You do not need a car on the island at all.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Nebenan befindet sich eine Kirche, die allerdings auch nachts geläutet hat und die Laute bei gekipptem Fenster zu hören und somit störend waren. Darüber hinaus war unser Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider war die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut und lief automatisch mindestes 15 min weiter. Ist man nachts ins WC gegangen, konnte man aufgrund des Lärms nicht ungestört weiterschlafen, weil die Lüftung weiterlief. Die Nächte waren nicht erholsam, obwohl wir diesen Aufenthalt als Auszeit nutzen wollten. Die Dame an der Rezeption verhielt sich relativ empathielos, meinte, sie kenne das Problem schon und sie habe es weitergeleitet und man kümmere sich drum. Finde ich so nicht in Ordnung. Zumindest erwarte ich eine Entschädigung.

Fantastic location with a good breakfast with helpful staff, We were delayed on the Sunday so we arrived soon after the check in had closed but a very nice lady called to ask if we were still coming and she waited which is great service. Could have done with air con in rooms. But overall a great little hotel.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht verbracht, aber wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Angenehm unkompliziert eingecheckt, gut geschlafen, anständig gefrühstückt, frischen Fruchtsalat finde ich immer toll. Nette freundliche Rezeption, Zimmer praktisch und sauber. Zentrale Lage. Was sehr hervorzuheben ist, die Parkgarage des Hotels fußläufig in nicht mal 5 Min. zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Great location in pedestrian section, yet within 50 yards to roads. Hotel is a quick, few blocks walk to waterfront and harbor AND a short walk to main town square and churches. On way to square, lots of gift shops, bakeries and restaurants. Very nice reception staff. Rooms are tidy and includes all necessities. Parking is about 100 yards away in a small outdoor lot which is convenient. Elevator and easy for Handicap to navigate.
