Close to the river, with a great view, in a quiet area, all amenities at sight and a short walk from main tourist sites (Belém).
Easy access to transports (train, tram, bus and taxi) direct to Lisbon city center and Cascais / Estoril beaches.


This completely remodeled and sunny apartment is an ideal space for a comfortable and quiet stay in Lisbon. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one bathroom, kitchen with laundry room and a spacious living room featuring 2 sofa beds. It`s practical and very well equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant and joyful stay.

Guests have full access to the apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi.

Guests will be personally received by me, I will provide the keys to the house, and brief you about it`s surroundings, transports and other useful information that may come in hand.
You may also request, in advance baby cribs and high chair.

Very close to Belém, just a 15min walk by the river side, Algés is very typical quiet and secure neighborhood full of life and good typical restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores and supermarkets. It´s unique location grants you fast and simple access to all public transports to Lisbon city center and to Cascais and Estoril's beaches.
Music fest US Alive 12, 13, and 14 July and round the world Volvo Ocean Race (2017/2018) Lisbon Stopover can be seen from the balcony.

Tram 15 just across the street takes you to Belém in 10 min or Lisbon city center, (Praça do Comércio) in 25 min.
There are train station, 5min walk, takes you to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) in 11 min, to the beaches in 15 min or Cascais in 25min.
Bus and taxi station, 5 min walking distance.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location

What a beautiful apartment with lots of character and very conveniently located - easy to get to downtown as well as other beautiful places around Lisbon, like Cascais or Sintra. Nuno, the host, was absolutely amazing - very welcoming and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back.

Nice top-floor apt

The host Nuno was excellent, and we overall loved the property. It is a short, inexpensive commute into Lisbon via Uber or Bolt, or the #15 tram line. It is also a 4 floor walk up, so be ready for some stair climbing! Close to the Tower of Belam, the museums, and other attractions. And we really liked the Alges Market, which is walking distance

Perfect place in Lisbon

Great place just outside of the city, but not too far away from anything. Awesome local restaurants, and close to the train station. Place was clean and the owner was very helpful, even gave us a tour around Alges. Unbeatable view over the river.

A view to die for!!!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment with an incredible view of the rooftops and river. Morning, sunset, night time we’re all delightful. The space is comfortable, roomy and very tastefully decorated. Nino was a very attentive and accommodating host making special arrangements for our early arrival, providing us with dinner recommendations and directions, and sending us on our way with tasty local treats. We were very pleased with our choice and highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment. Convenient and practical neighbourhood.

Manager was very helpful and property is gorgeous and comfortable. Neighbourhhod has good and affordable restaurants and shopping. Commuter train is a quick walk and provides swift access to Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril and Carcavelos. The property is up several flights of stairs with no elevator so people should be aware of this.

Everything about it was super!

This was a great place to stay, even for oldies like us with ll the steps to climb. Our super host met us at the door. He had saved us a car parking space with his own car which he then moved to allow us a parking place for the duration of our stay and then he carried our heavy bags up the stairs for us! What a hero! After explaining the flat to us, Nuno took us on a whirlwind tour of the area in his car and explained the district and the transport links. We also enjoyed the Pasteis de Belem that he left for us. We had a great time in Lisbon, much of it contributed to by our enjoyment of the flat!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This place was exactly as described, looked exactly like the pictures, and was easy access to lots of things! Time out market, Barrio Alto train, beach, and the view is beautiful. Owner was fantastic, helped us with our bags, and even drove my husband back to our hotel because we forgot our iPads and came back to helps us with our bags for an early morning flight when we left. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Perfect Short Stay in Lisbon

Had a wonderful short stay in Lisbon at Nuno's apartment. Nuno was extremely kind and gracious, meeting us at the front door when we arrived. He helped us with our bags and gave us a short tour of the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, newly updated and had a great view of the river and neighborhood below. It also had a lot of windows which allowed in a lot of light and fresh air which we enjoyed. When we left, Nuno again helped us with our bags. It was a great stay, the only negative being that it was too short!

Good location, quiet, easy public transportation

The owner, Nuno, has created a unique space at the top of an older building. Furnishings and kitchen equipment are of excellent quality.. The TV is huge, and both bedrooms are comfortable. The stairs may be a challenge for some, but Nuno helped us with luggage both times we needed him. It's easy to walk to the shops, and a bus or tram is close and goes to museums and other attractions.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit Blick auf due Tejo-Mündung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Stadt ist per Bahn oder Uber sehr gut erreichbar und auch zu den Badeorten entlang der Küste gelangt man schnell. In direkter Umgebung gibt es einige gute Restaurants und sehr gut sortierte Supermärkte. Da haben wir uns auch gerne in der gut eingerichteten Küche selbst verpflegt (und dadurch gelegentlich die Treppe in den fünften Stock gespart). Der Blick vom Minibalkon ist fantastisch. Als wir da waren gab es noch ein Konzert von Maroon 5 am Strand, das wir aus der Wohnung verfolgen konnten. Nuno ist ein perfekter Gastgeber.
