JOIVY is proud to welcome you in the house of the famous sculptor Laranjeira dos Santos, where you will enjoy unique art pieces made by the owner. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, and a swimming pool. All essentials are provided, and parking is available for guests. Sintra is just a short drive away, and so is the beach.

This enchanting house will be a beloved temporary home for you and your friends or family. Here you will be able to truly relax and create some precious memories to cherish afterwards. Go for a long walk in the garden with original contemporary statues, have a slow dinner with your loved ones and then cosy up in the living room next to the fireplace.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace and a smart TV. There is also a small lounge in the mezzanine with an armchair and a table with a chair. The dining area consists of a wooden table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, fridge, induction stove, kettle, toaster, and microwave.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

The house has three bedrooms with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Each of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower.



OUTDOOR AREAS:

The house has a garden with a barbecue and dining facilities and a swimming pool.



Laundry and Extra Appliances

The property is also equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

JOIVY’s place is located in São João das Lampas, Portugal.



São João das Lampas is a town in the Lisbon district, just a short drive from Sintra. The animal park Burros do Magoito is only a short drive away, and you can reach the scenic beach Praia do Magoito in 15 minutes by car.

There is free parking available at this property.



Sintra is a 10-minute drive away, and Lisbon’s centre is a 40-minute drive from the house.

**Please note that guests are obligated to pay a city tax due to local government law. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee.



House Rules

JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

– Strictly no smoking, no parties.

– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

– Keep the property clean and tidy.

– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

-In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
