This is an excellent apartment. It is clean, very well equipped and the roof terrace is amazing! However, although we are not disabled at all, we were not happy with the steepness of the staircases. We felt unsafe. This property is not suitable for older guests.There are too many stairs which are challenging to climb safely.

Séjour calme dans un appartement atypique avec sa terrasse de toit (accessible par un escalier un peu raide...). Bonne literie, bons équipements mais quel dommage de ne pas laisser à disposition un torchon, une éponge, du liquide vaisselle, un peu de café pour les arrivées tardives,... ce serait bien également de limiter le stress de la remise des clefs en privilégiant les SMS au coup de fil, difficile quand le réseau est mauvais...Sinon, bien situé entre centre et Belem, agréable, etc...et bon rapport qualité/ prix !

Accueil et check-in inadmissible

Très mauvaise communication avant notre arrivée à cet appartement. Notre vol a été retardé d’une heure et sommes arrivés à 21h au lieu de 20h. Le Check-un se fait avec une personne qui nous demande 20€ en sus de notre réservation sur Hôtels.com Totalement surpris alors que rien ne stipule ce montant que ce soit sur la plateforme qui gère l’appartement ou ici. On nous dit que nous sommes arrivés après 20h et que cette somme est justifiée mais nous avons prévenus lors de notre arrivée à l’aéroport. Cette méthode est scandaleuse et ouvre la porte à de mauvaises pratiques. Mon ami étant portugais a pris soin d’appeler le service pour prévenir de notre arrivée tardive et la personne au téléphone ne nous a jamais indiqué les frais supplémentaires. De plus, l’appartement n’était pas propre. Pour 100€ la nuit, nous aurions pu espérer mieux. 1ere nuit horrible avec la chaleur et pas de ventilateur à disposition, les volets n’avaient pas été fermés. Pour ceux qui souhaitent un logement calme, fuyez cet endroit qui se trouve sur le couloir aérien. Seul petit point positif, la terrasse sur le toit. J’ai pour habitude de voyager à Lisbonne et je connais très bien la ville. L’accueil ayant été catastrophique, par respect de nous-mêmes, je ne peux admettre que le service qui gère le check-in n’ait pu trouver un terrain d’entente. Les 20€ dépensés en sus, me restent en travers de la gorge !!!
