The safe is on the level service that I’ve received at the Four season. There’s a Four seasons hotel a mile away from this location. I thought i would loose something in my pursuit of saving a buck… I was pleasantly surprised. It was the same level of personal care. Thank you

Wonderful hotel in a great location, but I was specially impressed by the staff who were so attentive and helpful. I got an early because the cruise ship came in at 7am, and they actually managed to get me a room by 9:30 and switch it from two twin beds to a full-size bed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a great rooftop view. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay

This is my second stay at this hotel in a few years. Everything was wonderful. Could not have been better. The staff was very concerned with our comfort and satisfaction. You could tell they honestly wanted us to have a great experience. I will stay at the Altis Avenida again the next time I am lucky enough to visit Lisbon. The property is centrally located. You can walk everywhere from the hotel . The rooftop was amazing, from the menu, drinks and service ! The staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. I asked lost of questions and they always were available to help me . Loved the hotel !
