There are 4 flights of stairs which was ok for us but be aware if you aren’t very mobile. Flats at top. Room immaculate and well presented. Very compact and toilet and shower in very small ‘cupboards’ which may be a problem if you don’t like small spaces. Fridge, cups and a bottle of wine. Nice stay but not for the less mobile! Good location

The hotel was nice overall and the stay was okay. The room was comfortable and the location was good. The only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t work the first night because the remote was missing. The next day, the staff member helped by giving me a remote, and it worked after that, although it didn’t get super cold. Aside from that, the experience was decent and the staff was helpful. Also a big flight of stairs to get to your room😅

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel contact was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. I had requested no housekeeping during my 3-night stay so every day she would msg me on WhatsApp letting me know she put my daily treat (cookie etc) and extra coffee/tea in my room locker in the hallway. It was such a sweet gesture that I’ve never experienced anywhere else! Quiet room, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, a/c with remote worked great, excellent location. The shower is super tiny and hard to move in but that’s the only negative. I’d still stay again for sure. :)

This is not a official hotel For air a bn b this is okay. But I was on Orbitz website expecting to book an official hotel, I wonder why Orbitz take this air a bn b on their site?? This hotel should go to air a bn b website so we u arrivals the location u expect no physical check in, carry your luggage to 4 th floor without elevator, I m not disappointed on the hotel owner I m very disappointed on orbitz I have been their membership for over 10 years This is second time it catch me They put air a b n b room on their website without specifying The first time in Mexico I can’t even find the hotel they listed on website I don’t like stay air a b n b room because they don’t have service, no front desk If Orbitz have specified on the website I would not chose This hotel My whole trip get spoiled on the last day of stay All the hotel I booked was as it showed on website But on this one , Orbitz never did good job, either me I so trusted Orbitz , I did not read the reviews before I booked it, I hope Orbitz could pls filter your hotel list, put only official hotel on your website Let air A BNB room use their own website So it not cost confusion

This property will give you what you need but you will clime 4 large flights of spooky stairs to get to it. Be very aware, this is run by scam artists. Do not upgrade to a nicer room! It doesn't exist or you won't get it. Check other booking platforms and you will see that they do this constantly. Property will say how they are there to help but will not. At best you will get a form letter that everyone else gets about how "they are sorry they made a mistake" but you will never get a refund. You have been warned. This is a theft racket. Oh, they will.leave you a bottle of wine hoping you will be happy and forget how much money you dished out for a half abandoned building with a view of gutted out buildings and drug users on the street. We poured it down the drain, I trust nothing they hand me. Here is a photo of our balcony ( there is no balcony) with city view. Also, you will have a toilet in your room because nobody can stay in a half closet with the door shut without claustrophobia. Don't walk. Run away.

Rent værelse, god beliggenhed. Der var lidt for meget larm fra de andre værelse, en meget tynd dør mellem værelse og fællessang, og en dør som ikke var tæt. Der var ikke meget støj fra gaden. Værelset er ret lille.
