Location of the hotel is so convenient and totally walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. You can take most of the public transportations near by to most tourist destinations. The is the best hotel for the price !

Great location (but can be very loud outside and the noise does come in at nighttime when trying to sleep) Hotel is nice, well sized room and the staff are great and very helpful The breakfast selection is minimal but they do have teas/cakes etc in the afternoon too. No long life milk pots or spoons in the room for the tea?

Amazing start to our Portugal trip

After a long flight, our stay was perfect. Great location, spacious and comfortable room and quite clean. The hotel itself had great interior. The breakfast was the perfect way to start each day. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Great hotel and location

Small boutique hotel, great central location, very close to metro station. We stayed in deluxe double room which was spacious and well equipped. Two downsides - overlooked Main Street which was noisy if window was open but impressively cut out the noise when window closed. However, I found the room too warm, even in February, and whilst there is air conditioning controls in the room, it didn't seem to work. So sleeping wasn't great for me. Just an FYI, the bathroom door and one wall is glass, with privacy section strategically placed in the middle. Looks great but some may find this a bit offputting as it's not totally private nor soundproof! The decor of the room is great though, kinda industrial/steam punk feel. There was a kettle in our room, although coffee/tea and water available in the lounge 24/7. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, ham, cheese, breads, pastries and toast/scrambled egg, which exceeded my expectations of a continental breakfast. Staff were really helpful, sharing recommendations for restaurants and tips for sightseeing. Overall we had fab stay and would return again.

Middle of everything

An old iron factory the hotel has used iron and metal as a theme. Great service and in the middle of everything- highly recommend.

Lovely central location. Decorated within the theme of the hotel name-ask the staff. Everyone was super helpful. Breakfast was lovely, simple but more than suffice, scrambled eggs were lush! It was just right for us. Nice touch to have coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon. Great toiletries which included hair conditioner which you don’t get very often. I didn’t need to take anything other than toothpaste and deo.

Nice hotel, good location. The air conditioner wasn’t working , they said they switch it off and we could either have heat or a fan mode instead. so it was a hot and uncomfortable night, a poor sleep.

The property was excellent other than the drain having a smell for 1-3 days. Even with that I will stay at this hotel again. The included breakfast was great and the staff went beyond to make you feel at home.

Couldn’t ask for a better location, everything on your doorstep, metro only a minute away. Hotel was perfect, very clean, modern and staff very helpful. Bathroom was a little on the small side but not a problem. Nice touch with a little welcome note and chocolates and complimentary coffee and cake at 2pm. Would definitely recommend
