The thoughtfully designed living area features a comfortable sofa and a projector for enjoying your favourite shows. Adjacent to this space, the sleeping area boasts a plush king-size bed with premium hotel-quality linens, promising restful nights.

The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, essential cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the studio includes a washer, ironing equipment, and dishwasher, making post-meal clean-up and laundry effortless.

The bathroom is fitted with all the essentials: fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

For your peace of mind, the studio is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This elegant studio is located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic Baixa district, offering an ideal base to explore the city’s cultural landmarks, vibrant shopping streets, and authentic dining experiences. Just steps away from Rua do Crucifixo, you’ll find the renowned Armazéns do Chiado shopping centre, perfect for indulging in retail therapy or grabbing a bite to eat.

For a taste of Lisbon’s rich musical heritage, head to Lisboa em Fado, where you can enjoy captivating performances of traditional Fado music.

The property is also a short walk from the Baixa-Chiado Metro Station, designed by the acclaimed architect Álvaro Siza Vieira, providing excellent transport links to the rest of the city.

Dining options abound nearby, including O Conde Restaurant, where you can savour authentic Portuguese dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Terreiro do Paço, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of GuestReady - Downtown Charming Stay, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
