This charming 26 m² studio in Lisbon is the ideal retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay.

The open-plan living area features a versatile bed, for an extra guest, that converts into a sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely.

The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. You’ll also find ample storage for your belongings, making longer stays more comfortable.

Although there's no wall or door dividing them, the two sleeping areas are partially separated by the placement of furniture, offering a sense of privacy and added comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided for easy cleanup.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort and peace of mind, the studio is professionally cleaned before each arrival.

NOTE: This is a traditional building in the heart of Lisbon. As with many historic buildings in the city centre, there may occasionally be some ambient noise.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in a central and well-connected area of Lisbon, offering a mix of convenience, culture, and charm. Just a short walk away is the Avenida metro station (Blue Line), along with several bus routes, making transportation across the city fast and easy. The Lavra Funicular is also nearby, offering a unique way to explore Lisbon’s historic hills.

Daily needs are easily covered with supermarkets just around the corner, and the Tivoli Fórum shopping centre is less than 200 meters away, which also includes cafés and a bakery. There are several local pastelarias, including A Padaria Portuguesa, within a 5-minute walk.

The area is also rich in cultural spots and green spaces. The Jardim do Torel, a peaceful garden with city views, is only a few minutes away. Additionally, landmarks such as the Cinemateca Portuguesa, Praça dos Restauradores, Coliseu dos Recreios, and the Elevador da Glória are all within 5–10 minutes on foot.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Avenida, is just a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
