There were minor things about this property that were not agreeable: balcony had 1 old wooden chair that was cracked and did not feel safe sitting on, and one room chair. I would have been great to have a small table and 2 good condition chairs for the balcony to enjoy sitting outside as the room itself is very small. There is litterally no space in the room, no space for a small desk to work on or even have coffee on, just a narrow bar under the TV. We had to plug the kettle either on the floor or in the washroom because the cable was too short. Also cleaning service never replenished the coffee. Also, you should not have to ask for VIP benefits (2 beverages); they should just give you a voucher to use anytime. You end up forgetting you have them... I'm sure they're ok with this. Other than that, the service, room, and location were great. Walk-out and you have a cafe bakery (Copenhagen Cafe), restaurants, and sight-seeing at your feet.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located, you can pretty much walk to all the attractions in downtown area. . Hotel Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent and fresh. But, our room is very small - we had to put our luggage under the bed to be able to move around. Not enough space to sit except on the bed.

I had issues with the staff when I got in. They had a strict pause the attitude about early check-in and they were rude about it. I had emailed about it that we would be flying all night and then we would need the room earlier if possible they said in the reply that they will do what they can to accommodate.

The hotel and staff were great. The room was small but we got use to it. Breakfast included was also very good. Only thing that wasnt great was when we had dinner in the Lis restaurant we felt invisable, the food was great but it took forever to get menus, drinks, food or bill. The best waiter was the male bartender.....he should get a raise. We had to waive for any attention. Great location. Thank you. T&M Victoria, BC Canada

We were unable to enter the area or park nearby to access and could not check in and had to stay somewhere else - the entire area was shut down and we could not access the property when we arrived in Lisbon around 7:00 pm. Advice of the pending festivities and the shut down in advance would have been helpful. I have also reached out to the hotel looking for feedback and await their remarks.

Staff was very helpful upon arrival and we were able to store our luggage before check in. The rooms and facility were very nice and clean. The rooms are quite small especially if you have a lot of luggage, but we didn’t mind much because everything else was perfect. Rooms are sound proof, which is great for light sleepers like me. Staff helped us book tours to Sintra and a Fado dinner experience. HIGHLY recommend doing both as those were my favorite parts of our trip to Portugal, and very reasonably priced. The restaurant downstairs is PHENOMENAL. Breakfast everyday was fantastic and we even went there for dinner twice as it was so delicious. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the city center. It’s very walkable in my opinion. I 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Lisbon. It truly was a memorable stay and a great way to start off my trip to Portugal.
