- We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the house rules prior to booking. Please note that we have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required. - The flat capacity is for 2 people. No additional guests allowed.



-Please note that there is no TV channels in this property.



-The property sits on the ground floor and can be accessed from the street level. The bathroom is on a -1.



-Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.



-Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse.



-Check-in and keys: please note there will be a €25 fee for check-ins before 8 am and after 8 pm

- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.



-Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.



-Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.



-Your Government ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.
