Great location right in the city center and near the river. Small botique hotel but the breakfast was handled by a separate company and the staff was really grumpy.

Ideal location in the heart of Lisbon on pedestrian only street. Bed was very comfortable & room is more spacious than expected from photos. I asked about the best way to get to the airport & they offered a shuttle for 50 euros for our whole family to get there with lots of luggage. Highly recommend this property.

We arrived after midnight and the alley was dark and didn’t look like a hotel area. The reception is on a walking side street therefore the confusion. Nothing that a good LED sign for dropping passengers by the alley couldn’t fix. Other than that the Hotel staff was really kind and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the breakfast you paid the night before so you save money for no doing a reservation. On my son’s birthday they leave a bottle and a cake for him with a nice note. We love it. Over all it was great and we thank the staff for making the trip a wonderful experience.

Amazing location, nice size rooms. We got a family room which was two rooms right next to each other, but you could close it off with one door. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay again. Even though it’s right off the main strip, at night, you can’t hear any noise. Beds were comfy

Luana at the front desk is wonderful she goes above and beyond to help customers. The location of the hotel is amazing walking distance to everything. The hotel offers transportation to your destinations highly recommend. The excursions they offer are the best I have taken in Europe.I love my story hotel.

This hotel have the perfect location to explore Lisbon , the staff super attentive and the room even tho is small for the two of us was enough and super quiet considering the busy are that is located, we definitely will be back next time .
