Shared bathrooms were cleaned daily and kept well stocked, showers were hot and the showerhead was strong. Sound proofing could have been better, lots of hallway noise and some sound through the walls from neighbouring rooms. Beds were comfortable enough but the room was small and had a strong smell that had to be aired out by opening the window daily. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good. Location was perfect, quick easy access to transit and main sights of Lisbon.

Very nice location, easy access to central Lisbon and Rossio train station! The room was clean and the staffs were so kind. Perfect choice for solo travelers who want to cut the budget in Hotel!

Fantastic location. Be mindful of the laneway the property is on. I would recommend not walking it at night. Go to the Main Street and walk to the Parc. It might seem quicker but at night there is bit of homeless people around. Breakfast is very good. There is no lift so be prepared for flights of stairs but it’s Lisboa a s you will be walking stairs alot

The property was clean and close to dining, entertainment and shopping. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only drawback is there is no elevator, so you need to be able to carry your suitcases up a flight or two of stairs.

Great location in lower Lisbon tourist area. Lots to see and do at your doorstep. Great staff and breakfast. A little noisy at night, and the smell of smokers in hotel one night. But, overall a hidden gem of a hotel at a good price.

The hotel is ideally situated just off Rossio square and the Rossio metro. However the property is quite dated. Access to your room is via a traditional key and not a key card. Also, there’s a second key to open up the door to your floor. And they lock the doors at 5:00 so there might be some security concerns as well. But breakfast was quite good. If old world charm is your thing then this place works.

Lots of homeless people, entrance is on the back alley, was a little scary to see locked entrance door as we arrived when was dark already, was very noisy all night. All doors have extra locks, feels unsafe. No elevator, you will have to carry your suitcase to the reception which is on the 2nd floor, no parking as well. Everything is very old but had water bottle, kettle and mini fridge in the room. Water pump is super noisy. In my opinion overpriced for what you get

We loved our stay. This area is amazing; it is walkable, convenient, and only steps away from landmarks, dining options, shopping. It’s easily accessible by car and metro as well. Our view of the Plaza de Figueira was stunning. The hotel itself is safe, clean, and offers great breakfast, which is included in the accommodation. The staff is also wonderful. The only thing to watch out for is the lack of elevator. There are a few staircases to get through to reception, and a couple more to get to your hotel room.

I enjoyed my stay. Bathroom was updated with a wonderful shower. Room comfortable. Easy walking to Tram 28 and metro and close to train. Overall, location was excellent. My only complaints were the paperthin walls. While i was aware there was no lift, the stairs were difficult (Im old)
