great room, very well soundproofed (possibly the most soundproofed hotel room I've been in) with a hilariously long corridor (you're basically walking along but above the platform). Fantastic restaurant with a great breakfast spread. I was not in a rush to do breakfast.

I gave three stars because the entry door was hard to find, AND the room was tiny. The picture of the hotel on hotels.com shows this HUGE building (which is the train station itself), but the hotel is actually a super small part of this building, quite misleading marketing in my opinion.

Stay was good. Breakfast was excellent. Someone opened our door at 9p the first night which was a bit concerning. I was asleep and my daughter was awake. Made sure to use the safe after that. If you're expecting extras, ask because they won't be offered freely.

This hotel was gorgeous. Had an absolutley fabulous stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable with some nice little touches. They were cleaned to a high standard everyday and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon. Great location as well, right next to Santa Apolonia metro station which makes it super easy to get about Lisbon.

I honestly wasn’t expecting so much but I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with an hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms was clean and comfortable , the breakfast was delicious and healthy and the room was spotless. I asked for an upgrade to the river view room and also early check in and they obliged. The only thing I needed but wasn’t there was iron for my clothes but other than that , my room had everything I needed. Honestly don’t hesitate to book this place!

The room was immaculate and huge with high ceilings. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Great location and across the street from an amazing Brazilian steakhouse (definitely make a reservation). I would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.
