The room was immaculate and huge with high ceilings. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Great location and across the street from an amazing Brazilian steakhouse (definitely make a reservation). I would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

I arrived WAAAY early, hoping they would have a room ready for me. They did not but it took less than an hour for them to put me into one. The restaurant delivered to my room a delicious chicken Caesar salad, taking my order before the kitchen had opened, and delivering asap. The bellman, upon delivering my luggage to my room, set the temperature warmer for me. In the evening, a room attendant very lightly tapped on my door to ask if there was anything she could do or get for me. What a very lovely stay.

Hotel was nice and clean but the rooms are tiny and the shower was not good, barely a trickle of water. If you are staying on a sat night, expect to get woken up by the god awful church bells across the road that go on forever.

The room was absolutely disgusting and not what was advertised. The shower was filled with black mold, had a strong odor, the floor was filthy and the bathroom glass door was broken. The manager was rude, unprofessional and seemed to not care that his rooms were in that condition.

The hotel and room are great — very clean and functional. The staff are always smiling and attentive to your needs. The location is OK, nothing more. We paid extra for a room with tall glass doors instead of a window, which was a major disappointment. The photos on the booking app don't show that these tall glass doors open onto a busy street. There are four or five lanes of traffic, including trucks and buses, driving constantly. It's really noisy and dusty - You can't enjoy this feature of the room at all. The train station passes through the building, which woke us up a few times during our stay. We ate at the hotel restaurant once. I had a hamburger which wasn’t good and didn’t taste like a burger; it tasted like bad frozen meat. I didn’t make a fuss about it, though, because the staff were so kind. The dining room itself is very nice though, and it's great to have a drink and hang out there if you don't want to leave the hotel. There were always lots of people enjoying a drink and chatting to the staff, which created more of a bar atmosphere than a restaurant one. This was our second time in Lisbon. Overall, our experience at this hotel was OK to good, but Lisbon offers much better stays for the same or less money. I will not book there again.

Conveniently located in the Santa Apolonia station and a walking distance from the Aflama neighborhood, this hotel was a great experience. Great food, a 24 hour concierge, helpful staff, convenient location and great views from the room. They even gave us a 1 hour extension at check out to accommodate a delay in our flight.
