Wonderful, friendly staff and amazing food!! The lobby is very comfortable to just sit and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, cookies or port wine! Breakfast was a big surprise with the variety and quality they provide with this complementary meal.

Good but....

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful but previously the door to the bathroom had fallen off and we were informed that we would receive a 25% discount via Hotels.com. That has not happened?

What a lovely hotel. It truly lives up to its name “Feels Like Home”. We arrived after a long and frustrating travel day and were greeted by smiling faces and a glass of port! Breakfast is included and had a very good selection of choices. The bed was very comfortable. I missed not having a fridge, but only because I had a bottle of champagne to chill. The staff provided me with a bucket of ice. Perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better location. A block or 2 from the main promenade one way and the water in the other direction.

Amazing location & team

Truly great location right on the edge of everything. Service was great and staff did everything they could to make our stay great. Some street noise but it is down town in a city but it didn’t keep us up I would highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel in an ideal location. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice details. Buffet breakfast has a lot of great choices to start the day. Tea, coffee, cookies and freshly baked cakes in the lobby adds an extra touch to the overall nice experience. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone travelling to Lisbon.
